JP is a seasoned personal trainer with nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He’s seen enough in the gym to write a novel—or do a stand-up comedy set. Over the course of his career, he’s completed more than 20,000 training sessions, working with a diverse range of clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. From athletes to people who just want to be able to pick up their kids without pulling a muscle. In addition to his hands-on training expertise, JP has also managed and mentored over 30 personal trainers, helping to shape their careers and ensuring they provide the best possible guidance to their clients. His extensive experience, combined with his dedication to helping others succeed, makes him a respected leader in the industry.

JP’s journey began with a simple goal: to help people feel good without completely upending their lives. He focuses on creating workouts that fit into your life—not the other way around. No rigid routines, no counting carbs like they’re currency, just a practical approach that keeps you moving and feeling better than yesterday. JP found that real fitness is about striking a balance, not seeking perfection.

So, if you want someone who’ll celebrate your wins – even the tiny ones – without judging your setbacks,  JP is your guy. He is here for authentic encouragement, realistic advice, and a good laugh when things don't go as planned. Because, let's face it, life's too short to stress over missed workouts or carbs.

When he's not helping people feel their best, JP loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. Surrounded by his fantastic trio of ladies, life is never dull. In his downtime, you’ll catch JP serving it up on the tennis court or unwinding with his guitar.
