1. What is included in the Online Gym membership?

 

Your membership includes access to tailored workouts that can be done in 45 minutes or less with minimal equipment, an app loaded with on-demand workout videos, and personalized programming updated every eight weeks. On top of that, you will have direct access to a personal trainer with decades of hands on experience. We offer three distinct program types to suit your available equipment.

 

2. Which Online Gym program is right for me?

Consider your available space and equipment to find the best fit for you. Our programs are tailored to meet various needs and preferences as follows:

Minimalist Moves: Perfect if you're tight on space or have minimal equipment. You will get a full workout with our efficient 45-minute sessions. Check out our recommended equipment here. Yes, there is a cost, but just think, you will never need a gym membership again.

Home Hustle: Designed for those with a well-equipped home gym or some disposable income for a great cause. Experience diverse and intense workouts to mimic the gym environment right at your abode. View our curated equipment selection here.

Gym-Goers: Ideal for those with access to a full gym and a wide range of equipment to maximize their fitness results.

3. How much does the membership cost?

 

The Online Gym membership costs $100 per month.

 

4.) What type of workouts are offered?

​

We focus primarily on strength training, conditioning and mobility but our programming is inclusive and adaptable to suit all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting or are an experienced athlete, we offer progressions and modifications to ensure every workout provides the right level of challenge. â€‹â€‹

5. How often are the programs updated?

 

Programs are updated every eight weeks to keep your workouts fresh and ensure continued progress.  The reason for this timeline is that if you are changing your workout too frequently, you never have a chance to adapt to the training stimulus and build muscle.  In 8 weeks time you should be able to add weight and reps to each exercise and will have truly maximized your potential.

 

6. Is there a free trial available?

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial, but you can cancel your membership anytime if you feel it’s not the right fit.

 

7. Can I get personalized advice?

 

Yes! You can book a virtual one-on-one session with JP for a tailored workout routine or nutrition advice. Not only that, but JP will be available for messaging Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends.

 

8. How long are the workouts?

 

Each workout is designed to be completed in 45 minutes or less.

 

9. Can beginners join the Online Gym? 

 

Absolutely! Our workouts come with modifications for all fitness levels, so whether you’re just starting or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find something that works for you.

 

10. Will I get support with nutrition?

 

Yes, JP is available to answer any questions you have via in-app messaging, offering personalized support to help you lose fat, gain muscle, or simply feel your best. In addition, expect tailored tips and delicious recipes delivered directly to you through our monthly newsletter and Instagram page.

 

11. How does the Online Gym app work?

 

The app gives you access to your training program and on-demand workout videos, so you can follow along at your own pace and keep your form on point. It’s available to all members.

 

12. How can I cancel my membership?

 

You can cancel your membership anytime by contacting JP via the Online Gym app.
