When I think of a personal trainer, I imagine someone trying to "pump me up" and pushing me until I'm so sore, I can't walk - JP is not like that at all. I was out of shape when I first started coming to JP - He met me where I was at, and motivated me without pushing me to do more than I was ready for. We set a bunch of goals in the very beginning, and I've been checking them off one-by-one as time has gone on. After a while, I felt pretty self-sufficient, so I've been working out on my own more, using the programming tool through Online Gym.
